VP of Software Engineering, Platform

📋 Description

• Lead platform strategy, roadmap, and execution
• Build cohesive org across AI, integrations, data, and developer experience
• Translate business strategy into platform capabilities for speed, reliability, security
• Own enterprise platform services: API gateway, developer portal, authN/Z, logging
• Lead agentic AI platform and scalable tool definitions
• Oversee data platform, analytics, data quality and governance

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years software engineering experience in enterprise SaaS/platform
• 5+ years leading engineering organizations at senior director/VP level
• Translate business strategy into technical strategy with measurable outcomes
• Experience leading multiple teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Hands-on with AWS, Kubernetes, Ruby on Rails, Node, Python, PostgreSQL
• Strong architectural judgment and risk decisions
