VP People Business Partner (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor to Cognite’s executives on strategic people needs.
• Coach leaders to navigate complexity, inspire teams, and drive results.
• Identify leadership gaps and implement scalable leadership plans.
• Lead change management initiatives to scale Cognite’s teams.
• Build frameworks for talent planning, succession, and org effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive P&O/HR leadership.
• 3–5 years at VP or Senior HR Leader level in a high-growth tech firm.
• Experience across startup to enterprise orgs.
• SaaS or B2B tech experience; familiarity with GTM orgs is a plus.
• Experience supporting global, distributed teams across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or SHRM/CIPD preferred.
