📋 Description

• Partner with senior leadership to build a scalable, business-aligned People function
• Lead quarterly executive talent and organizational business reviews
• Own the People Operations strategy and operating model
• Champion AI, automation, and technology adoption
• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives
• Provide strategic oversight of HR operations and HR Business Partners

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of progressive People or Human Resources experience across multiple HR disciplines
• Previous VP-level experience or equivalent leadership scope strongly preferred
• Demonstrated history of sustained professional tenure, including multiple roles with at least three
• Proven success building, scaling, and transforming People teams and programs in high-growth
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Hands-on experience applying AI to improve business outcomes

🎁 Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: $240,000–$285,000 USD
