🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in engineering; 5+ years leading other leaders.
• Built an internal developer platform adopted by engineers.
• Deep experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, reliability, and cost management.
• Set architectural direction across multiple teams.
• AI/LLM platform needs: gateways, evals, observability, safety tooling.
• Fluent in English.
