VP, Procure-to-Pay

📋 Description

• Architect and execute Motive’s global procure-to-pay strategy across strategic sourcing, vendor
• Drive enterprise-wide cost savings initiatives and value creation by leading high-stakes
• Direct the negotiation strategy for critical, high-value vendor contracts, specifically across
• Ensure P2P systems at Motive are best-in-class, designed to scale for growth both in volume and
• Serve as a core partner to the C-suite, departmental senior leaders and key stakeholders across
• Establish enterprise-grade procurement policies, risk mitigation frameworks, and internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive executive experience leading global procurement, strategic sourcing, P2P
• Proven track record architecting enterprise vendor negotiations and delivering substantial
• Deep experience overseeing software, SaaS, IT infrastructure, and complex indirect spend categories
• Demonstrated experience modernizing enterprise procurement technology stacks, policy frameworks
• Track record of building strong partnerships with C-suite and executive stakeholders to align
• Extensive organizational leadership experience, with a proven ability to attract, build, and retain
