📋 Description

• Lead and grow a product management team to deliver company-critical goals.
• Define the future of RTR's Subscription, One-Time Rental, and Resale offerings.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science to improve user experiences.
• Set long-term product vision and prioritize across business and technical areas.
• Evolve the consumer platform: discovery, personalization, AI styling, and merchandising.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, leading teams.
• Experience in ecommerce, B2C subscription, or related growth.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven, turns data into insights; comfortable with analytics tools.
• Deep familiarity with AI-driven product experiences (search, personalization, recommendations).
• Proficient in Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of data structures, experiment design, and analytics tools (GA/Looker).
