🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in financial services with lending, specialty finance, or product development.
• Experience building financial products from concept to commercialization.
• Strong financial product economics, pricing, profitability analysis, and risk frameworks.
• Understanding of credit risk, underwriting, pricing, collateralized lending, and portfolio
• Proven ability to drive complex initiatives across matrixed organizations with cross-functional
• Excellent analytical, modeling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range $175,000 - $225,000.
