VP, Product Management-AI Platform Experience

📋 Description

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Lux, ServiceNow’s AI-native
• Lead a team of Product Management leaders for the AI-native platform experience.
• Partner with executives to deliver a unified AI-native experience strategy across the ServiceNow
• Drive innovation in AI-first experiences, agentic workflows, and contextual intelligence.
• Define reusable platform capabilities and governance for enterprise-scale delivery.
• Understand customer needs and market trends to influence platform strategy and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in product management with 8+ years leading PM orgs.
• Experience defining strategy for enterprise platforms, AI products, or cloud platforms at scale.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise software architecture, AI tech, LLMs, and modern platforms.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, Design, Research, and executives.
• Experience establishing platform governance, standards, and scalable models.
• Strong technical acumen on architecture trade-offs, security, privacy, and compliance.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $291,500 - $495,600 plus equity where applicable.
