📋 Description

• Set Applied Intelligence vision and multi-year AI roadmap for AR
• Lead product strategy as part of the Product leadership team
• Define operating model for Applied Intelligence (governance and AI standards)
• Own end-to-end lifecycle for AI-powered capabilities with AI tooling
• Establish frameworks to evaluate AI performance, accuracy, reliability, and safety
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to translate AI into UX

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product management or applied AI at senior/executive level
• Experience setting AI strategy and transformation at scale
• Deep understanding of ML, large language models, agentic AI
• Proven track record building AI product teams in enterprise SaaS or fintech
• Fluency in fintech data: ERP, AR workflows; data quality and latency matter
• Executive presence and ability to engage C-suite, board and partners
