📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end production for large EMEA client portfolio (UK & Germany).
• Oversee Always-On Social, Premium Video, Live Experiential, Creator/Influencer work.
• Own production engine, workflow delivery, and commercial health.
• Align UK and German markets; ensure cohesive cross-market delivery.
• Partner with Client Partnership and Strategic Lead to shape strategy and output.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior leadership experience at VP/Executive Producer/Lead Producer level.
• Strong people leadership, talent development, and friction reduction.
• Proven track record building/operationalising new teams and systems.
• Cross-market coordination across EMEA, especially Germany a plus.
• Broad fluency across social-first production, video, live events, and creator ecosystems.
• Sharp commercial acumen: margins, burn, vendor negotiations.
