Lead the project controls across Volta's global data center portfolio
Establish standardized cost control, scheduling, and risk frameworks across all active projects
Partner with construction, engineering, and finance to track budgets, forecasts, and variance against plan
Build and maintain integrated master schedules across multi-billion-dollar capital projects
Develop dashboards and reporting cadences for executive leadership and Board
Identify schedule and cost risks early, drive mitigation with project teams

🎯 Requirements

12+ years in project controls, cost engineering, or PM
Proven track record leading project controls across multi-billion-dollar programs
Deep expertise in Primavera P6 or similar and cost management systems
Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and EVM
Experience building project controls functions and teams from scratch
Excellent stakeholder mgmt; able to present to C-suite and Board
