📋 Description

• Lead enterprise PMO to plan, prioritize, and execute critical programs.
• Set reporting rhythms and KPIs to measure performance and drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Warehouse, Service Delivery, and Sales.
• Develop and coach PMs to deliver client work and strategic initiatives.
• Establish a best-in-class PMO framework with standardized tools and guidelines.
• Ensure on-time delivery and high quality across software, data, and services.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading a Program Management function.
• College degree required; master's preferred.
• Certified PMP.
• Strong business acumen and operations knowledge.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, product ownership, and complex PM/PMO programs.
