📋 Description

• Lead and scale the demand generation and conversion engine
• Develop integrated campaigns and buyer journey strategies
• Execute account-based marketing and sales playbooks for new market segments
• Manage programmatic and demand software budgets with data-driven allocation
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing leaders across GTM functions
• Drive and adopt AI-driven workflows across marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand, or revenue marketing
• 5+ years leading other leaders
• Scaled high-volume inbound engine with majority of pipeline from marketing
• Experience with 30%+ YoY bookings growth and scaling toward $200M
• Owned marketing-sourced pipeline numbers and delivered
• Built and held reverse waterfall or equivalent funnel plans
