• Audit and scale marketing tech stack (HubSpot, UserGems) into scalable engine.
• Establish weekly performance reviews and monthly budget alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years GTM leadership with 5+ years driving revenue/demand at scale; 3+ years managing a BDR team.
• Enterprise demand gen expertise required; mid-market desirable.
• Architect measurement systems: funnel metrics, channel ROI, pipe-to-spend.
• Cross-functional leadership across demand, ops, field, and sales development.
• Experience integrating Claude or GPT-based workflows into marketing ops.
• In-person experiences, regional programs, and integrated prospecting motions.
