VP, Security

📋 Description

• Define and own Greenhouse's security strategy, multi-year roadmap, operating model, budget, and
• Lead a multidisciplinary security organization spanning product security, corporate security, and
• Build and develop a strong leadership bench, including hiring, coaching, succession planning, and
• Own Greenhouse's security risk posture, including enterprise, third-party, and vendor risk, and
• Lead security response for serious incidents, from detection and triage through executive
• Own annual disaster recovery exercises with Platform Engineering and regulatory notification

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in security, including 5+ years leading a multidisciplinary security
• Experience serving as a Head of Security, CISO, Vice President of Security, or comparable senior
• Experience owning an end-to-end security program and scaling a security organization through
• Experience across security operations, cloud security, product security, identity and access
• Experience leading serious security incidents in partnership with Legal, communications
• Experience working with external auditors and leading compliance and assurance programs such as SOC
