VP/Senior Investment Associate - Infrastructure Debt

📋 Description

• Work closely with colleagues in Chicago and London to originate, underwrite, execute, and manage
• Filter potential investments determining suitability from the perspective of credit, value
• Conduct fundamental investment due diligence including credit and legal analysis, prepare
• Collaborate with internal partners, such as PMs, Ratings and Legal, to ensure investment
• Manage existing investments by reviewing regular financial and compliance reports, updating risk
• Administer key internal and external counterparty and borrower relationships

🎯 Requirements

• The candidate is likely to have 8-12 years’ experience in buy-side debt private placements with
• The role requires reviewing large numbers of transactions to identify suitable investments that
