• Transform function from project-based to scalable onboarding and time-to-revenue.
• Lead and develop regional SA leaders and ICs; build a high-performing global org.
• Establish scalable playbooks, standards, and best practices for complex commerce.
• Senior executive escalation point for critical implementations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, CS, Sales to improve onboarding experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in Solution Architecture, Professional Services, or enterprise tech leadership.
• Experience leading senior technical teams across multiple regions.
• Track record transforming organizations and scalable operating models.
• Deep enterprise implementation experience; APIs, cloud, and modern tech ecosystems.
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Global exposure with US, Europe, and Latin America; executive presence.
