📋 Description

• Serve as the single point of accountability from POC to deployment and beyond.
• Govern the master project plan across onboarding, training, data migration, and rollout.
• Chair weekly program stand-ups, steering committee sessions, and exec check-ins.
• Own risk identification, escalation, and resolution.
• Act as the primary executive contact for the strategic customer stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams across PM, Implementation, CS, Training, and Support.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations or CS programs.
• Proven multi-workstream deployments with 100+ end-user locations.
• Strong governance: risk management, dependency tracking, exec comms.
• Leads cross-functional teams with full people mgmt authority.
• Decisive under pressure; navigates ambiguity with sound judgment.
• Exceptional communication in steering committees and internal standups.
