📋 Description

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews across the enterprise and its business units.
• Develop driver-based forecasts covering volume, unit economics, consumer credit performance
• Translate business strategy into measurable, funded initiatives; evaluate growth opportunities
• Own financial performance reporting for senior leadership, board, lenders, and investors; develop
• Collaborate with Capital Markets and Accounting on funding strategies, loan sales, asset-backed
• Improve financial models, planning tools, reporting infrastructure, and data governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking
• Experience in a scaled fintech, consumer lending, or financial services environment; strong
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline; MBA, CFA, or CPA
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, Excel or Google Sheets, enterprise planning, valuation
• Working knowledge of GAAP relating to forecasting and financial performance, including CECL, fair
• Familiarity with funding structures, warehouse facilities, securitization, and implications for
