• Develop enterprise frameworks for evaluating operational performance across markets, branches, and
• Develop analytical approaches for workforce planning, scheduling optimization, and labor
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
• Build analytical models, scenario analyses, ROI assessments, and business cases
• Build and embed a continuous-improvement culture using Lean principles and structured
• Lead high-impact cross-functional transformation initiatives from analysis to adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations strategy, workforce analytics, or related
• Demonstrated experience developing analytical models, frameworks, and performance methodologies
• Experience with labor productivity, workforce planning, capacity planning, or related workforce
• Strong financial understanding, including business case and ROI development
• Proven ability to analyze complex operational and financial data
• Track record of leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives

🎁 Benefits

• Salary: $200,000–$225,000 per year
• Eligibility for annual bonus and equity
• Remote position with ongoing travel
• Approximately 25% ongoing travel, heavier during ramp-up
