Own supplier base end to end: selection, consolidation, and decisions on who we do business with
Develop and maintain supplier tiering strategy and enforce supplier performance
Lead negotiations on price, MOQs, lead times, rebates, and payment terms
Own DPO as part of cash conversion cycle
Produce negotiated-terms sheet for Purchasing
Work with Legal Team to enhance standard supplier contract forms and terms

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in sourcing, procurement, or merchandising
5+ years leading teams in distribution, foodservice, CPG, or similar
Managed annual spend of more than $250MM
Track record of savings that reached the P&L
Personally led negotiations on contracts of $10M+ in annual value
Experience with contract development and supplier terms
