📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of the technical services strategy, ensuring alignment with
• Oversee enterprise technical operations to achieve financial, operational, quality, safety, and
• Support organizational expansion initiatives, including new clinic development, acquisitions
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, products, treatment modalities, and technical
• Develop and manage capital planning strategies, including asset lifecycle management, equipment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, optimize

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical technology, business, or related field, or equivalent combination
• At least 5 years of technical leadership experience in a multi-site healthcare environment.
• Deep knowledge of dialysis equipment, water treatment systems, healthcare technical infrastructure
• Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Demonstrated financial and operational acumen, including capital planning, asset management
