📋 Description

• Provide executive leadership for all transportation operations.
• Set strategic direction and roadmap for transportation operations.
• Drive enterprise standards, governance, safety, and service excellence.
• Develop scalable strategies to support market expansion.
• Own transport performance: service levels, compliance, cost, and safety.
• Oversee national budget, forecasting, capex, and ROI for initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, business, healthcare administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for at least five years with minimal violations in three years.
• 12-15 years of progressive leadership in transportation, logistics, or healthcare ops.
• 7+ years of senior leadership overseeing managers and teams.
• Healthcare transportation or PACE experience strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing transportation technologies like routing, GPS, or telematics.
