Vulnerability, Accessibility & Inclusion Lead

📋 Description

• Leading the development, integration and embedment of VAIB strategies, standards and regulatory
• Assessing products, services and customer support against legal, regulatory and industry standards
• Acting as senior subject matter expert on vulnerability, accessibility, inclusion and bereavement
• Working with Risk and Compliance teams to manage VAIB risks, controls, and governance.
• Setting clear expectations and measures for customer outcomes using data and insight.
• Improving customer support pathways and service standards with Operations leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in vulnerability, accessibility, inclusion and bereavement.
• Strong knowledge of legal, regulatory and industry standards (FG21, Consumer Duty, Equality Act
• Experience developing and embedding strategy at scale.
• Comfortable working with Risk and Compliance teams.
• Can provide credible challenge to senior stakeholders.
• Experience using customer and operational insight to improve outcomes.
