📋 Description

• Own end-to-end custody and wallet ops for the exchange.
• Bridge operations, security, compliance, and engineering.
• Ensure assets are safe, accessible, and correctly accounted.
• Role requires deep blockchain knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Leads cross-functional teams across Wallet Ops, Security and Compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8+ years in digital assets, crypto exchange, or custody.
• Strong understanding of blockchain mechanics: UTXO vs account-based.
• Hands-on with Fireblocks, Copper, BitGo, Ceffu, or similar.
• Familiarity with key ceremony procedures, cold storage operations.
• Exposure to regulated entity requirements (CMA, MICA, VARA, etc.).
• SOP authorship, incident management, and reconciliation discipline.
• Comfortable with on-chain data, dashboards, and SQL/Python.
