Wallet Leader (Head of Wallet Operations)

📋 Description

• Own global wallet operations end to end, covering hot, warm and cold wallets.
• Manage daily fund movements: customer withdrawals, hot wallet top-ups, cold storage transfers
• Operate our Fireblocks environment day to day, including vault management, user roles and
• Run wallet operating procedures (SOPs) with strict approval, maker-checker and segregation of
• Monitor wallet balances, on-chain activity and pending transactions, and resolve stuck, failed or
• Run regular wallet reconciliations and proof-of-reserves processes with Finance and Audit.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in crypto, fintech or financial infrastructure, with 3+ years running wallet operations at
• Strong hands-on experience with Fireblocks in a production environment, including vault management
• Experience running wallet operations across multiple entities or jurisdictions, or equivalent scale.
• Solid understanding of major blockchains (BTC, ETH, EVM chains, Tron, etc.) and on-chain
• Working knowledge of key management, multi-sig and MPC concepts.
• Proven experience building controls, SOPs and audit-ready documentation.
