Warehopuse Supervisor

📋 Description

• Manage and supervise all associates’ activities at ChargePoint warehouse, which includes unloading
• Performs all personnel management functions for site associates including hiring, scheduling
• Manages PO receiving process including PO receipts, matching shipments to PO’s and resolving
• Conducts cycle counts, maintains inventory accuracy and resolves discrepancies for ChargePoint
• Suggests changes in work processes and/or use of equipment to increase the productivity of the work
• Conducts industrial truck, safety, hazard communication program, and new-hire orientation training

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Forklift certification is required, or the candidate must be able to become certified within 30
• 2-5 years of experience in a distribution warehouse setting.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience including hiring, scheduling, training, performance management
• The ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
