📋 Description

• Lead inbound/outbound ops in a fast-paced fulfillment center.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

• Pre-plan with carriers to meet capacity expectations.
• Maintain performance standards; communicate issues with marketplace reps.
• Manage shipments to represent the Spreetail brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of management or leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience in process mapping and SOP documentation.
• Ability to give and receive feedback.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and long hours.
