🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of management or leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience with process mapping and SOP documentation.
• Able to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Flexible for weekends and long hours during peak periods.
