Warehouse Associate

📋 Description

• Receive and sort inbound shipments, routing items accurately into inventory or return workflows.
• Handle new and used electronic devices according to established protocols, ensuring safe storage
• Perform quality assurance checks and pre-grading on returned equipment to determine redeployment
• Process fulfillment orders and return orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning
• Maintain accurate digital records of all inventory movements and equipment status.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to uphold stock accuracy and support operational reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, plus basic computer literacy sufficient to operate WMS and scanning
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or high-volume manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs regularly and ability to remain on your feet for extended shifts.
• Comfort working with electronic devices and following detailed handling and documentation
• Attention to detail—in this role, accurate routing and documentation directly affect customer
• Familiarity with WMS platforms, container locations, or scanning tools is an asset but not required.
