Warehouse Co-ordinator - Logistics and Billing

📋 Description

• Support daily warehouse and shipping operations, including order fulfillment, internal shipments
• Ensure shipment accuracy by maintaining proper documentation and coordinating with internal teams
• Receive incoming materials and route items to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Process inventory transactions accurately through SAP and maintain updated system records.
• Support production requirements by preparing work orders and managing material movement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through monthly physical counts, data updates, cycle counts, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or college qualification in accounting, logistics, business administration, or a
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in logistics or warehouse
• Experience managing warehouse activities, inventory processes, and shipment coordination.
• Preferred experience working with IT products or technology-related inventory environments.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
