Warehouse Coordinator, R&D

📋 Description

• Maintain and manage the warehouse in support of clinical manufacturing
• Ensure GMP materials are in hand for scheduled manufacture dates
• Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, stock rooms, customs, clinical manufacturing leads
• Order materials and track orders through fulfillment
• Track inventory usage and replenish as needed
• Physically receive material into the inventory management system

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associates degree or equivalent breadth of experience preferred
• 3-5 years warehouse experience; clinical supplies warehouse experience preferred
• 4-6 years pharmaceutical industry experience
• Understanding of investigational material supply chain and worldwide regulatory and quality
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork competencies
• Ability to multi-task and reprioritize workload per project demands
