📋 Description

Tier 2 IT support for warehouse ops (hardware/software)
Support Zebra printers and handheld computers
Windows and Mac device support in the warehouse
Handle service requests via ticketing system (Freshservice or similar)
Use remote support tools to assist onsite and remote sites
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware; document fixes

🎯 Requirements

A+ certification or Tier 2 IT experience
Minimum 2 years in warehouse IT support
Zebra printers and handhelds experience
Windows and Mac device support
Familiar with Freshservice/ServiceNow/Jira
Azure/Active Directory admin experience
