Warehouse Lead 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Lead a team of warehouse associates, motivating them to achieve and maintain a high level of
• Help Manager identify staffing needs and delegate tasks assigning labor as receipt-stocking-pick
• Help to oversee warehouse receiving, material movement, and picking of warehouse purchase orders
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment for all
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales/account coordinators and production staff, to
• Maintain and manage accurate warehouse inventory and receipt/picking records including cycle count

• High school diploma and 2-3 years’ experience in a warehouse shipping environment, preferably in a
• Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in warehouse management principles and best practices
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) a plus
