Warehouse Lead

📋 Description

• Lead through example, demonstrating exemplary attendance, leads meetings, tracks, and reports on
• Participate in responses to departmental, corporate, and governmental audits
• Interface daily with key stakeholders to coordinate workflow
• Ensure associates are trained according to SOP's
• Comply with all appropriate policies and procedures
• Comprehend and accurately process paperwork

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience
• Accurately complete basic math calculations
• Read and understand training documents, product labeling and warehouse signage in English
• Pass medical screening and/or background checks
• Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast changing work demand
