• Leads warehouse team to accomplish responsibilities in assigned area.
• Coordinates with warehouse management in developing procedures.
• Communicates with inventory control on related transaction issues.
• Assigns work projects to team members by skills and competencies.
• Promotes continuous improvement of processes and job knowledge.
• Conducts annual performance appraisals and provides feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of SAP, ATS, Access (Warehouse Apps), Excel and Word.
• Expert knowledge of physical distribution, inventory control and warehousing.
• Proven leadership with coaching, mentoring and performance evaluations.
• Solid knowledge of documenting procedures and processes.
• Ability to coordinate resources including manpower, equipment and supplies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
