Warehouse Lead

📋 Description

• Support the PM team's daily activities, including outbound shipping and internal order fulfillment.
• Store and stock products on shelves, pallets, bins, and racks, as well as in coolers, freezers, and
• Pick products to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Verify the quality and accuracy of all goods before shipment.
• Load, unload, and move products between trucks, storage areas, and designated locations.
• Help chefs and kitchen staff locate products and answer questions about available inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Familiarity with FIFO inventory rotation and food safety requirements.
• Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance.
• Ability to stand or walk for eight-hour shifts and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally work in refrigerated areas maintained at approximately 35°F.
• Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.
