Warehouse Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a team of warehouse associates to high productivity and accuracy.
• Identify staffing needs and delegate tasks for receipt, stocking, and picking.
• Oversee receiving, material movement, and order picking to meet KPI.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cycle counts; improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma with 2-3 years in warehouse shipping, supervisory.
• Read/write English, follow verbal instructions, and use basic math.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in warehouse management principles; WMS experience a plus.
• Strong communication and problem solving; MS Office and MS Teams experience.
