📋 Description

• Lead warehouse team to maintain high productivity and accuracy
• Oversee receiving, material movement, and picking; meet KPI
• Ensure safety protocols and safe working environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory and cycle counts
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; 2-3 years in warehouse shipping; supervisory role preferred
• Read/write English; follow verbal instructions; do simple math
• Strong leadership; motivate and develop team
• Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Proficiency in WMS principles and best practices
• WMS experience a plus
