• Manage all warehouse operations at Pattern's UK Warehouse
• Ensure receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Maintain high safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Lead, build, and manage a high-performing team
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Align operations with Pattern's growth and customer service goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain with full P&L
• Strong leadership; recruit, develop, manage high-performing teams
• Financial acumen: budgeting, cost control, vendor negotiations
• Knowledge of WMS, logistics software, best practices
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and methodologies
• Fluent in English; strong communication, organization, and analytics
