Warehouse Manager

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day integrity, security, and control environment of M-KOPA’s warehouse and
• Ensure rented warehouse racks and paid storage space are used exclusively for items of value
• Conduct periodic rack utilisation audits
• Maintain an accurate rack/bin-location map reconciled against the WMS/ERP system
• Ensure every category of marketing merchandise is covered by a signed SLA
• Track merchandise against SLA storage limits and escalate/clear merchandise exceeding limits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Com/BSc) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management
• At least 2 years in supervisory or managerial role
• Demonstrated experience in inventory controls, customs clearance, duty remission schemes, and
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, clearing procedures, and duty remission schemes
• Demonstrated ability to enforce inventory and warehouse controls
