Warehouse Operation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead middle-mile transportation operations across GrabMart Indonesia, ensuring reliable, efficient
• Maintain high service levels, fleet and carrier productivity, shipment visibility, and safe
• Manage end-to-end transport execution, including linehaul or inter-hub transfers, route planning
• Drive partner performance through structured reviews and action plans.
• Identify root causes and translate insights into practical improvements in service, cost, capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in middle-mile, transportation, logistics, distribution, or supply chain
• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Proven expertise managing end-to-end transport execution, including linehaul or inter-hub
• Demonstrated experience managing 3PLs or transport vendors, operational requirements, and driving
• Able to identify root causes, and translate insights into practical improvements in service, cost
• Experience with transport management systems (TMS), fleet or dispatch tools, GPS tracking
