Warehouse Operations Associate (m/w/x)

📋 Description

• Operational execution across your track: fulfill lines, operate machinery, manage inventory.
• Inbound & outbound handling: receive shipments, unload, pick, pack, dispatch.
• Ergonomic load management: lift up to 30 kg with team or lifting aids.
• Inventory control: stock, pick/pack, counts, serial verification.
• Digital logging: use handheld WMS and barcode scanners for logging.
• Quality & safety: report damage, keep workstation clean, follow SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: warehouse, logistics or fulfilment preferred.
• Tech-savviness: comfortable with digital warehouse tools and scanners.
• Detail-oriented: strong attention to serial numbers and inventory.
• Stamina & safety: reliable, collaborative, able to walk, stand and lift.
• Targeted skills: forklift certification (Flurförderzeugschein) valued.
• Language skills: English good; B2+ German and additional languages a plus.
