Achieve operational objectives by recommending ideas, preparing, and completing action plans
Forecast operational requirements, develop KPIs for each work unit, and implement accountability
Accomplish Warehouse operations objectives by selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching
Oversee and manage delivery trucks and equipment, including regular maintenance, inspections
Develop and implement processes for receiving product, inventory management, and shipping orders
Develop Warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and efficient product handling systems

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent required
1-3 years of management experience and/or 5+ years of related work experience or a combination
Forklift Trainer certification preferred upon hire
Must be available to work weekends, events, and holidays as business needs require
