🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, process improvement, warehouse/fulfillment
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including developing and empowering leaders or teams
• Strong project and change-management capabilities, with experience leading multiple
• Experience working with warehouse technologies, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience overseeing vendor relationships, contracts, operating budgets, and performance metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to use operational data, KPIs, and
