Oversee inbound, picking, packing, outbound and inventory.
Lead floor operations to ensure smooth order flow.
Train, onboard, and mentor staff to meet safety and quality standards.
Serve as the WMS floor expert for handheld systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
Support process improvements and bottleneck elimination.
Berlin onsite, 40 h/week, 5 days.

🎯 Requirements

Warehouse/logistics experience; e-commerce or electronics preferred.
Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience.
Hands-on WMS and barcode scanning expertise.
Deep knowledge of inbound, picking, packing, outbound processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and safety mindset.
Fluent in German (B2+) and English; forklift license is a plus.
