📋 Description

• Recover costs on defective/unsaleable products; minimize reverse logistics costs
• Pick, pack, and ship vendor returns using freight and parcel carriers
• Inspect, recondition, and refurbish items for restock
• Meet established daily productivity metrics
• Support returns and warranty customer service resolutions after returns
• Identify and implement cost-reduction process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• At least six months of experience in a similar fulfillment role
• Commitment to Comoto’s Core Values
• Thorough knowledge of warranty and returns policies
• Current certification to operate stock picker or willingness to become certified
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
