📋 Description

• Build, operate, and scale eFulfillment centre, leading a team of associates
• Design and enforce process frameworks that optimise safety, quality, and productivity
• Collaborate with Senior PM and operations analysts to set KPIs and exceed them
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and positivity
• Oversee automation equipment inspections and facility maintenance
• Take full ownership of day-to-day operations including order processing and site security

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading a warehouse, fulfilment centre, or logistics site
• Clear, concise communicator aligning teams and stakeholders
• Data-driven and KPI-obsessed
• Adaptable and calm under pressure
• Fast learner
