Warehouse Supervisor

📋 Description

• Full-time, permanent role on-site at Leamington Spa warehouse.
• Lead the dispensing team to ensure accuracy, safety and compliance.
• Schedule staff to meet daily workload requirements.
• Support Team Lead in daily team management and feedback.
• Communicate duties clearly and distribute workload effectively.
• Cascade training and standards from the Dispensing Team Lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Dispenser (NVQ Level 2, MPharm or equivalent)
• Lead by example in terms of professionalism at all times
• Attention to detail
• Computer Literacy
• Worked in high volume environments
• Experience as a Senior Dispenser or previous experience in a Supervisor position
