Warehouse Supervisor

📋 Description

• Assist Warehouse Manager with supervision and coordination of warehouse operations.
• Train new team members; manage scheduling to receive, store, and load goods.
• Lead team in safety and OSHA compliance; maintain positive work environment.
• Utilize handheld scanners for picking, sorting, packing, receiving, and stocking.
• Maintain customer relationships and respond to issues in a timely manner.
• Support reporting and daily indicators; ensure accurate paperwork.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; some college/work experience; 2-year degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in warehouse, manufacturing, or production; 2-3 years supervisory experience.
• Must have forklift certification; strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Pass background checks every third year; solid knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
